Importance of good design, sales and marketing advice for property developers

As property marketing agency, Antler, approaches its third anniversary in business, we have been reflecting on how the agency has grown through responding to the property market’s demand for high quality design, sales and marketing advice, to help sell their properties swiftly at the very best prices.

At Antler we really do care about the health and mental wellbeing of the very creative and talented professionals we have on our team, in all areas of new homes’ sales, marketing and creative design. We work hard to create a happy office environment, promoting healthy living and eating, with plenty of fun activities to build and maintain a brilliant sense of camaraderie.

I have recently qualified as a Mindfulness Practitioner, to add to my 35 year’s award-winning property sales and marketing expertise. This has been very valuable to the team as, whilst facing tight deadlines, we always need to remain calm and focused on our goals along with any challenges. Taking time out of our day to practice mindfulness together has been hugely valuable to our mental health and the quality of our creative and strategic work for clients.

We also participate in all kinds of outdoor activities together, and with our clients, from sailing, cycling and running, to hitting golf balls at the range. We believe fresh air is very important in encouraging creativity.

As a creative agency we love nothing more than impressing our clients through truly creative, fresh and innovative design. This is reflected in our choice of office, based in a delightful converted barn in the Hampshire countryside, surrounded by fields. We often have our meetings outside in the fresh air, and spend quality time away from work feeding the horses and walking one of the office dogs, an important part of our team.
