Can you introduce yourself to our readers please?
Hello!! We are Dybles Estate Agents and we opened our office on Southgate Street in Winchester back in January 2013. We are now in our 8th year of trading and since then we have been voted the best estate agent in Winchester at the British property awards for 2 consecutive years, out grown our small office and relocated to a larger, more modern office close to Winchester High Street, had a re-brand from our original purple colour scheme to the new Dybles Charcoal and have grown to be a strong, consistent presence in the Winchester market.
Who makes up the team at Dybles?
We have 2 departments at Dybles, sales and lettings. Jack Mantle heads up the sales team with the support of Sophie Botto and Donna Warr. The lettings team is run by Daniel Bapty who works alongside Lily Doswell, Lisa Malone and Abbie Harris. Our Managing Director Michael Dyble spearheads the operation.
What services do you offer?
We offer the full estate agency package for residential properties, from the selling and letting of homes, to in-house property management and rent collection.
What is it about Dybles that sets you apart from other agents?
Our genuine desire to do what is best for the client. We put as much attention into how a property is going to be sold as we do on how our clients are going to be looked after. Selling or letting a property can be one of the most stressful tasks in your life, we feel it is our job to make it as stress free as possible, while providing the best outcome we can for our vendors and landlords.

Positive feedback! Knowing that we have a happy client is the greatest feeling and is the most effective driver to help us push for success we can ask for.

Everything. We genuinely don’t have a bad word to say about this great city and we feel so lucky to be able to help house hunters find their ideal home in such a fantastic location.
With the new year ahead of us what does 2020 bring for Dybles?
Having gone through a re-brand and moving into our lovely new premises at the tail end of 2019, we are looking forward to another year of continued growth within the business and we can’t wait to help an even larger number of vendors and landlord sell or let their properties in 2020.
